Look at the case of Boys Scott or Larry Nassar to name few. why did it take so long to find out other victims and figure out there were many others. Now if everyone had started to enter the information on a non organizations affiliated portal then the dots could have been connected much earlier and we could have stopped so many innocent life’s from being destroyed.
